Quick fixes

My Canvas LMS™ import didn’t map correctly

Make sure you exported the full gradebook CSV (not a filtered view). Email us the column headers and we’ll help you map them.

A student’s mastery looks wrong

Check your streak rule in Settings — it controls how many scores are needed for Proficient and Advanced, and whether a forgiveness buffer is on.

The app won’t open on Windows

Confirm you’re on Windows 10/11 (64-bit). If Windows SmartScreen blocked it, choose "More info → Run anyway" — the app is unsigned during beta.
